The innovative HOLDX RS1 and HOLDX RL1 magnetic process interlocks combine a safe non-contact RFID safety sensor with an intelligent electromagnet in just one device. With this combination of safe position monitoring and process guard locking, the HOLDX RS1 and RL1 are universally applicable and ensure increasing quality and less downtime and setup time.

Serial connection and high diagnosis intelligently combined
Up to 30 process interlocks can be easily and intelligently connected in series with the new HOLDX R generation. Two pigtail cables enable the most direct and simple series connection. No terminal box, Y-distributor or distribution box is required, which significantly reduces costs and commissioning time.
Provident maintainance due to self monitoring
HOLDX R independently and intelligently monitors the application and the process as well as the downstream actuators in the safety circuit. This allows you to find errors quickly and easily, whether they are errors in series connection or individually wired systems, entirely without a measuring device or diagnostic equipment.
The smart process interlock HOLDX R communicates with your standard PLC via the diagnostic outputs or with your cell phone or laptop via the built-in Bluetooth interface.
The smart HOLDX R process guard locking device enables simple and fast diagnostics thanks to LEDs on both sides. This allows you to clean or realign the guard locking in line with the preventive maintenance of your system.
Through the combination of RFID technology and a modern electromagnet, HOLDX R allows a large tolerance for door misalignment and thus significantly increases machine availability even with inaccurate door guidance.
In it's lsmall and compact design, the HOLDX RS enables a holding force of 600 N.
In it's width, the HOLDX RL enables a locking force of 1200 N.
In addition to the holding force of the electromagnet, the movable armature plate has a 50 N permanent magnet which prevents the door from springing open immediately.
